Monthly Tuition Description

Monthly Payment Description: At the time of enrollment your child will be automatically enrolled through the end of May 2022 and your card on file will automatically be charged at the time of enrollment for the initial registration. After the first month of enrollment, your card on file will automatically be charged on the 1st of every month for monthly tuition. You must contact UTA directly for any class changes, scheduling conflicts or cancelations. SEE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW. All students will remain in their current group, private, or semi-private class until the end of May 2022.  If at any point your child's instructor feels that your child needs to switch classes, they will notify you individually.

Monthly Tuition: 
-Fixed monthly tuition will vary depending on the number of classes (3 or 4) offered per month. 
-Monthly pricing will conclude in May 2022.
-All credit/debit cards or bank accounts on file will automatically be charged on the 1st of every month.
-As of July 1, 2016, we do not offer refunds or credits.

-August, October & January through May Tuition: 4 Monday - Saturday classes
-September Tuition: 3 Monday & 4 Tuesday - Saturday classes
-November Tuition: 4 Monday-Tuesday & 3 Wednesday - Saturday classes
-December Tuition: 3 Monday - Saturday classes

1. 35 Minute Group Lesson ~ $15.50 per class
2. 45 Minute Group Lesson ~ $18.00 per class
3. 55 Minute Group Lesson ~ $20.50 per class
4. 75 Minute Group Lesson ~ $23.00 per class
5. 25 Minute 1-on-1 Private Lesson ~ $35.00 per class
6. 45 Minute Semi-Private Lesson:

Cancellation Policy

-We require anyone withdrawing from our program to notify us no later than 10 days before the next month to ensure that your child's class placement can be filled. Any withdrawal requests after 10 days before the next month, will be charged for the following month. To cancel recurring payments, a parent must complete a withdrawal form (email info@utahtumblingacademy.com to receive).

Late Payments

-There will be a $10.00 late fee applied to any declined payments after the 10th of each month.
-All students will remain in their current group, private, or semi-private class until the end of May 2022. If an instructor feels that your child needs to switch classes, they will notify you individually. Please contact us directly with any scheduling conflicts.

Make-up Policy

-There will be one make-up class for private, semi-private and group classes allowed per month that must be made up within the month missed.
-Make-up classes must be done in a group class, regardless of the type of class the student is enrolled in.
-All make-up classes must be scheduled with our administrative team. Please email info@utahtumblingacademy.com or call (801) 638-6090 to schedule.

Schedule Changes

-Utah Tumbling Academy reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting minimum enrollment requirements.

Dress Code

-Girls can wear a leotard with or without shorts. If your child does not own a leotard any type of exercise clothing with work as long as the shirt is tightly fitted so that their shirt does not cover their eyes while upside down. Hair must be pulled back.
-Boys can wear gym shorts and a tight-fitted t-shirt. NO SOCKS, JEANS, TIGHTS, SKIRTS OR LOOSE CLOTHING.
