Monthly Tuition Description
Utah Tumbling Academy runs a recurring monthly program from mid August through the end of May and a short summer session for the months of June through early-August. When enrolling in our program during the school year, you are committing to attend classes from the time you enroll until the end of May.
At the time of enrollment your child will be automatically enrolled through the end of May 2025 and your card on file will automatically be charged at the time of enrollment for the initial registration. All other monthly payments will be withdrawn on the first day of the month OR the first day monthly classes begin (whichever date comes first, please see Monthly Tuition Schedule policy for more details).
Guidelines:
-Fixed monthly tuition will vary depending on the number of classes (3 or 4) offered per month.
-Monthly pricing will conclude in May 2025.
-All credit/debit cards or bank accounts on file will automatically be withdrawn on the first day of the month OR the first day monthly classes begin (whichever date comes first, please see Monthly Tuition Schedule policy for more details).
-As of July 1, 2016, we do not offer refunds or credits.

Cancellation Policy
2024 summer Session Policy:
1. Cancellations, credits and/or refunds for summer classes will be offered until Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 9:00 pm. Any cancellation requests after 9:00 pm on May 30 will not be approved. You are REQUIRED to email [email protected] in order to cancel enrollment.
*Our summer session classes conclude on August 2, 2024. All students will automatically be dropped from their classes on August 2.
2024 summer Camp Policy:
1. Due to specific weekly preparation and camp supply costs, refund requests will only be granted up to 2 weeks prior to your child’s first day of camp (Tuesday at 12:00 am two weeks before camp begins). Camp funds may be transferred to different weeks (prior to the two-week cancellation period) if availability allows.
August 2024 - May 2025 Recurring Monthly Policy:
1. August 2024 Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation, credit and/or refund requests for recurring August 2024 classes will be offered until Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 7:00pm. Any cancellation requests after 7:00pm on August 8, will not be approved. To cancel enrollment, you must email us at [email protected] for the SLC location or [email protected] for the Washington location. We do not accept phone calls or in person conversations as cancellation requests.
2. September 2024-May 2025 Cancellation Policy: You are welcome to cancel classes at any point throughout the school year. However, you must notify us on or before the 20th of the previous month you wish to cancel to ensure that we are able to fill your child’s class placement. If a cancellation request is received after the 20th of the month, you will be charged the following month’s tuition and your child will remain enrolled in their class until the end of the month. To cancel enrollment, you must email us at [email protected] for the SLC location or [email protected] for the Washington location. We do not accept phone calls or in person conversations as cancellation requests.You are REQUIRED to email [email protected] in order to cancel enrollment.
*Our recurring classes conclude on May 31, 2025. All students will automatically be dropped from their classes on May 31.
There is no need to send in a cancellation request.
Late Payments
A $10.00 late fee will be applied to any accounts in which payment is declined after 7 days of the initial charge.
Make-up Policy
summer Session Policy: We allow three make-up classes for private, semi-private and group classes throughout the summer session. Make-up classes must be done in a group class, regardless of the type of class the student is enrolled in. All make-up classes must be scheduled with our administrative team. Please email [email protected]. *Make-up classes cannot be scheduled with a UTA instructor.
summer camp Policy: Due to specific weekly preparation and camp supply costs, there will be no make-ups offered for summer camp.
Recurring monthly Policy: In order to accommodate make-up classes for all of our students, we allow one make-up class per student, per month. Due to our very tight class schedule, all classes (including private and semi-private classes) must be made up in a group class. Students must make up their absence within the month that the class was missed. All make-up classes must be scheduled with our administrative team. Please email [email protected].
*Make-up classes cannot be scheduled with a UTA instructor.
Instructors
UTA will attempt to keep our instructor’s coaching schedules consistent to provide maximum progress for their students. In the case of instructor absences or schedule changes, your child’s instructor might change. If for any reason you are unhappy with your child’s instructor, please reach out to our management team ASAP.
Minimum Class Enrollment
Utah Tumbling Academy reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting minimum enrollment requirements.
Dress Code
Girls must wear a leotard or tight fitting exercise attire.
Boys must wear gym shorts and a tight fitting t-shirt. Hair must be pulled back.
*NO SOCKS, JEANS, TIGHTS, SKIRTS OR LOOSE CLOTHING.
Sickness Policy
If your child or anyone in your family has been sick within the past week, we ask that you do not come to your lesson. We appreciate your understanding.
