welcome to utah tumbling academy!

Our owner, Tiffany, began her tumbling and gymnastics journey at the age of six, traveling across the United States to compete. She was fortunate to be trained by former Olympic gymnast Missy Marlowe. At 17, Tiffany started sharing her expertise by teaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics, as well as the Talented Opportunity Program (TOPs). Over the years, she instructed students ranging from toddlers to adults in various competitive gyms and dance studios throughout the Salt Lake Valley. During this time, she noticed a need for a high-quality recreational tumbling program that emphasized technique, strength, structure, and fun.

Utah Tumbling Academy (UTA) was founded in 2007, creating a tumbling, parkour, and cheer program for boys and girls ages 2 and up. What began as a small program in an old recreation center—where Tiffany taught around her college schedule at the University of Utah—has since grown into a 13,000-square-foot facility in Salt Lake City, staffed by over forty dedicated instructors. Our team shares Tiffany's passion for student development and upbeat, good vibes. Beyond physical skills, we focus on helping our students gain confidence in themselves to succeed and achieve their goals.

In 2020, Tiffany and her family relocated to St. George, Utah. Recognizing a similar need for quality tumbling instruction in southern Utah, we are excited to bring our classes to the St. George community. We look forward to supporting each and every one of our students as they grow, succeed, and thrive.
