Our school-year program runs from mid-August through the end of May.

No. When you enroll in the school-year program, your child will remain enrolled through May 2026 unless you choose to cancel. If you enroll later in the year—for example, in January—your child will be enrolled from that point through May.

We offer two registration periods each year:

• Registration opens in July for the Recurring School Year Program or is available throughout the school year (August–May) as space permits.
• April for the Summer Session or is available throughout the summer (June-August) as space permits.

Upon enrollment, your child is automatically scheduled through May 2025. Your card on file will be charged immediately for the first month.
*As a result of Utah Tumbling Academy’s recent transition to a new credit card processing system, a 2.89% processing fee now applies to all payments made using a credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. This processing fee does not apply to payments made using a debit card or a linked bank account (ACH).

Payments are automatically withdrawn on the 1st of the month or the first day monthly classes begin—whichever comes first. To view charge dates see the table included under "Recurring Monthly Dates"

Tuition amounts are based on the length of the class. Please refer to the Recurring Pricing for exact rates.

Monthly tuition may not align exactly with calendar months. Tuition can vary slightly depending on whether there are 3 or 4 classes in a billing period. Most months include 4 classes, but if the studio is closed for a holiday or break, only 3 classes may be scheduled—and you will only be charged for the classes offered. We do not charge tuition for any dates the studio is closed.

August 2025 - May 2026 Recurring Monthly Policy:
1. August 2025 Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation, credit and/or refund requests for recurring August 2025 classes will be offered until Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 7:00pm. Any cancellation requests after 7:00pm on August 7, will not be approved. To cancel enrollment, you must email us at info@utahtumblingacademy.com for the SLC location or infostgeorge@utahtumblingacademy.com for the St. George location. We do not accept phone calls or in person conversations as cancellation requests.
2. September 2025-May 2026 Cancellation Policy: You are welcome to cancel classes at any point throughout the school year. However, you must notify us on or before the 20th of the previous month you wish to cancel to ensure that we are able to fill your child’s class placement. If a cancellation request is received after the 20th of the month, you will be charged the following month’s tuition and your child will remain enrolled in their class until the end of the month. To cancel enrollment, you must email us at info@utahtumblingacademy.com for the SLC location or infostgeorge@utahtumblingacademy.com for the St. George location. We do not accept phone calls or in person conversations as cancellation requests.You are REQUIRED to email in order to cancel enrollment.
*Our recurring classes conclude on May 30, 2026. All students will automatically be dropped from their classes on May 30. There is no need to send in a cancellation request.

Recurring monthly Policy:

• Students are allowed one make-up class per student, per month.
• All make-up classes must be taken in a group class, regardless of the original class type.
• Instructor requests cannot be accommodated for make-up classes.
• Make-up classes must be completed by the end of each month, and cannot be transferred to future months.
• Make-up classes must be scheduled through our administrative team.
